From East Wichita: Take Rock Road south to Mulvane. Turn on to K-15 and continue south until you reach Hwy 77. Follow Hwy 77 through Winfield and around Arkansas City. First Council Casino is directly south of the state line on Hwy 77.

From West Wichita: Take I-235 south to I-35, also known as the Kansas Turnpike. Drive south on I-35 to Hwy 166 (the last exit in Kansas). Head east to Arkansas City.
